Each vehicle includes (2) tickets to the Carney Fest Day 2 Street Festival on Studio Row. Vehicles can begin parking at 10:00am- come and go- although we’d love you to stay! Water is allowed in plastic bottles- No glass containers- No coolers- No outside food allowed.
